With Mono, our Production Manager, Max, took us on a trip to the US West Coast. Opening strong with a vibrant earthy aroma of pine, citrus and just a hint of warming biscuit, Mono is crystal bright glowing a deep amber in the glass. A prickly spike of carbonation turns forest scents into resinous flavours highlighted by fruity bergamot and underlined by a lingering marmalade bitterness.
