UK Mainland Deliveries

Orders are typically packed and prepared for courier collection on Mondays and Thursdays. We use APC’s Nextday Parcel Service, so orders are usually delivered within 24hrs from when APC has picked them up. You’ll be given an estimated delivery day at checkout, which is typically 2-4 days depending on when the order is placed.

During busier periods and given the limitations of our indie brewery, delivery times may increase. 

All tracking details will be forwarded to your chosen email address on dispatch. 

All orders are shipped from our Worthing Brewery - BN13 1AL.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and/or postcode or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

Delivery Costs
We offer a flat rate for all deliveries under £40 of £6.99.
We offer Free Shipping on all UK Mainland orders over £40.

Local Deliveries 

We currently offer free local delivery to the following postcodes on orders placed by midnight the night before:

Thursday: BN11 - 15
Friday: BN1 - 3, BN41 - 43

Returns

If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first instance by email - hello@handbrewco.com.

If returning an order, please send to the following address with a note stating your name and order number and what the problem is along with letting us know how you would like to proceed (refund/replacement).

All we ask is that the items being returned are in the same condition as when they left us.
