Handheld - Elusive Collab 5.6%

We joined forces with our friends from Wokingham's wonderful Elusive Brewing to design this recipe with the aim of showcasing the best of British hops!

We used classic UK Cascade and newcomer Harlequin hot side before dry hopping with more Harlequin and its genetic ascendent Jester.

Expect a beer that has a lightly sweet malt body to carry the aromatic hops before a dry and bitter finish swoops over the palate.
